This hotel had a comfortable, air-conditioned room with useful amenities like an iron, ironing board, and an electronic key card, and I especially loved having a bathtub in my private bathroom.

The room was tidy and budget with a multi-channel television, a seating area, and ironing facilities. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was lovely to satisfy everyone. The staff was incredibly nice and made me feel at home;))

The double room I received was well-equipped and featured a private bathroom. the hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the town center and the train station, making it easy to secure tickets to Nuwara Eliya.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kandy. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the lake from the roof terrace where I enjoyed breakfast with fresh fruits. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel so welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and the internal washroom was always clean. The hotel provided great value for money, and I was impressed with their attention to detail.

We had a great time at this hotel during our recent stay, enjoying its fantastic location and stunning views. the room was very comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom, and the staff provided excellent service, even making a special meal for our child. the breakfast was delicious, we especially enjoyed their Sri Lankan meals. to that, we were delighted with the lovely lobby and café area, which had beautiful views.

There were some minor inconveniences like the slow Wi-Fi, but overall, it was a great experience.

Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the bathroom towels. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, being situated near Kandy's beautiful lake and within easy reach of the city center and railway station.

The hotel was quite clean and well-maintained. It was located in a quiet and calm surrounding which I found very relaxing after a busy day of work. the breakfast served was simple but delicious.

The hotel was quite difficult to find, and the directions provided were not very clear. the hotel lacked some basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel, which was quite inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the lake and tourist sites. The staff went above and beyond to help me with transportation and suggested a great local show. The food was delicious, especially the lunch, and the warm shower was a rare find in Southeast Asia.

The double beds were actually two twin beds pushed together, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. we had a problem with our laundry service, which resulted in two of our items coming back completely dyed blue.
